We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Notice must be provided by calling or texting 314-723-2041 or emailing info@mrssparklestl.com. Notice is measured from the scheduled service start time. A cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice, or a lockout that prevents our team from accessing the property for a scheduled service, is an occurrence. Fees are $50 for the first occurrence, $100 for the second occurrence, and 100% of the scheduled service price for the third and each subsequent occurrence. Occurrences are counted per client account on a rolling 12-month basis; an occurrence no longer counts once it is more than 12 months old. Mrs Sparkle Cleaning Co may reduce or waive a fee at its discretion. A reduction or waiver is a one-time courtesy and does not change this policy or require a future reduction or waiver.
